Description of pvc doors and windows making machine

1, plastic pvc profiles extrusion line is specializing in producing PVC plastic profiles including doors and windows profiles, decorative plates, tiny foaming profiles and decorative plates.

2, pvc profile machine uses PVC powder as material to produce various sorts of the mentioned plastic profiles as profiles for doors and windows, decorative profiles, etc.

3, By Absorbing advanced technology from abroad, our company developed the large plastic profile extrusion line, which is equipped with conical double-screw extruder, and it possesses the advantages of high degree automation, stable performance, high output and efficiency, etc.

4, If change certain screw and mould, the pvc profile machine can directly extrude foaming profiles, and the effect is much better than that of single-screw.

5, pvc profile extrusion line is optimumly designed by referring to the latest overseas technology, it bears the features of even plasticization, low cutting rate, high output, and long lifespan, etc. And it composes conical double-screw extruder, vacuum sizing platform, tractor, cutting and film coating machine and material stirring bracket,etc.

6, The pvc profile machine is run by alternating current frequency controller or direct current controllable silicon. The temperature controlling instrument is introduced from abroad. In addition, the vacuum pump and traction engine of the auxiliary machines are quality products which can be maintained easily

7, To match with different moulds, the shape-fixing platform of 4m, 6m, 8m or 11m, etc. can be chosen accordingly. The main machine with parallel double-screw is especially suitable for high-speed extrusion of various kinds of profiles.

1.2 SELLER SHALL GRANT: SERVICES AND SPARE PARTS, FREE-OF-CHARGE SERVICE THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE EQUIPMENT WARRANTY PERIOD.

1.3 LIFELONG SERVICE: THE SELLER SHOULD PROVIDE LIFELONG SERVICE FOR THE SOLD GOODS, THE BUYER PAY FOR NEEDED SPARE PARTS AFTER THE 12MONTHS WARRANTY TERMS.

2, DELIVERY CONDITIONS:

2.1 DELIVERY CONDITION: FOB QINGDAO PORT.

2.2 DELIVERY TERM: WITHIN 60 WORKING DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF  ADVANCED PAYMENT, THE SELLER SHOULD INFORM THE BUYER TO DO INSPECTION. THE SELLER SHOULD FINISH PACKING OF GOODS AND READY FOR SHIPMENT WITHIN 15 WORKING DAYS AFTER THE SELLER RECEIPT THE FULL PAYMENT.

2.3 SUPERVISION OF LOADING：THE SELLER SHOULD INFORM THE BUYER EXACTLING LOADING TIME, THE BUYER CAN ARRANGE FOR SUPERVISION OF LOADING.

3, INSPECTION: 

WHEN THE MACHINE FINISHED, THE SELLER SHOULD INFORM THE BUYER TO DO INSPECTION BEFORE SHIPMENT, THE SELLER GUARANTY GOOD PERFORMANCE OF ALL THE SOLD GOODS.THE SELLER UNDERTAKE THE MATERIAL COST  FOR THE MACHINE INSPECTION IN SELLER’S FACTORY. THE BUYER SHOULD COME TO SELLER’S FACTORY TO DO THE INSPECTION WORK, OR THE BUYER COULD ENTRUST ANY THIRD PARTT TO COME TO SELLER’S FACTORY TO DO THE INSPECTION WORK.

4, INSTALLATION AND EQUIPMENT COMMISSIONING: 

IF THE BUYER REQUIRES, THE SELLER SHOULD SEND TECHNICIAN TEAM TO BUYER’S FACTORY FOR INSTALLATION AND TESTING THE WHOLE LINE.
