Production line introduction

PET (polyester) bottle cleaning and recycling production line is also known as PET plastic bottle cleaning and crushing recovery production line, polyester bottle recycling line. It is applicable to the whole set of production equipment of waste PET bottles (such as mineral water, cola and other kinds of plastic bottles), which have been de-labeled paper, broken, cleaned, dried and packaged. The whole treatment scheme of waste PET plastic bottles into polyester bottle pieces is adopted. The waste PET plastic bottles are processed into high-quality PET bottle pieces that can be recycled. The equipment produces high quality PET bottle pieces, which can be used to produce PET renewable polyester and other high quality PET related products. This production line is beautiful in appearance, low in energy consumption, high in output, practical and reliable. The new rinsing device can be washed along with the break, which greatly improves the production efficiency, and the washing material is clean, which meets the requirements of the first class clean sheet.

The working principle of

Recycled PET bottles, first by "take off the marking machine" remove the bottle label, and then through the sorting conveyor "plane", in this step of the selected material mixed bottle residual impurities (such as green, blue, etc.), and then enter the "mill" shattered, came out into the "rinse tank" separation (PET bottle flakes and PP label paper, separation of the cap), after the separation of clean heating cleaning into "hot pot", come out into the "rinse tank" again after rinse (remove the detergent in the high temperature heating), finally to pack into the "dryer" directly after dehydration. For high yield large, bottle level we can through the prewash link, take off the bottle label sorting link early, early broken links, the link of separation, high temperature, rinse and dry cleaning link, and the link link, bottle flakes of selected links such as a complete set of fine cleaning processes to achieve high precision net. This process is a routine process. According to different production locations and different production requirements, our factory can also design different production plans according to customers' needs

1, WARRANTY TERMS: 

1.1 WARRANTY PERIOD: 12 MONTHS, STARTING FROM THE FIRST DAY OF RUNNING MACHINES IN CUSTOMER’S WAREHOUSE

1.2 SELLER SHALL GRANT: SERVICES AND SPARE PARTS, FREE-OF-CHARGE SERVICE THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE EQUIPMENT WARRANTY PERIOD.

1.3 LIFELONG SERVICE: THE SELLER SHOULD PROVIDE LIFELONG SERVICE FOR THE SOLD GOODS, THE BUYER PAY FOR NEEDED SPARE PARTS AFTER THE 12MONTHS WARRANTY TERMS.

2, DELIVERY CONDITIONS:

2.1 DELIVERY CONDITION: FOB QINGDAO PORT.

2.2 DELIVERY TERM: WITHIN 60 WORKING DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF  ADVANCED PAYMENT, THE SELLER SHOULD INFORM THE BUYER TO DO INSPECTION. THE SELLER SHOULD FINISH PACKING OF GOODS AND READY FOR SHIPMENT WITHIN 15 WORKING DAYS AFTER THE SELLER RECEIPT THE FULL PAYMENT.

2.3 SUPERVISION OF LOADING：THE SELLER SHOULD INFORM THE BUYER EXACTLING LOADING TIME, THE BUYER CAN ARRANGE FOR SUPERVISION OF LOADING.

3, INSPECTION: 

WHEN THE MACHINE FINISHED, THE SELLER SHOULD INFORM THE BUYER TO DO INSPECTION BEFORE SHIPMENT, THE SELLER GUARANTY GOOD PERFORMANCE OF ALL THE SOLD GOODS.THE SELLER UNDERTAKE THE MATERIAL COST  FOR THE MACHINE INSPECTION IN SELLER’S FACTORY. THE BUYER SHOULD COME TO SELLER’S FACTORY TO DO THE INSPECTION WORK, OR THE BUYER COULD ENTRUST ANY THIRD PARTT TO COME TO SELLER’S FACTORY TO DO THE INSPECTION WORK.

4, INSTALLATION AND EQUIPMENT COMMISSIONING: 

IF THE BUYER REQUIRES, THE SELLER SHOULD SEND TECHNICIAN TEAM TO BUYER’S FACTORY FOR INSTALLATION AND TESTING THE WHOLE LINE.
