ABS/HIPS/PP/PE sheet machine

       This production line is capable of continuously producing mono-layer or multi-layer PP,PE,ABS,PS,HIPS sheet with the width less than 3000 mm and thickness of 0.2-2 mm, the product are widely used in the fields of stationery ,One-off water cups, lunch boxes, jelly cups, beverage cups, food container, etc. thermoforming fields.
      Extruder Appropriate single-screw extruder (exhaust or not) should be chosen on the basis of different material, specially designed screw and advanced temperature controlling system ensure the good palatalization, high output and stable extruding.
      Screen changer The quick screen changer of hydraulic system ensures the short course of screen changing without material-leakage, without machine stopping, according to material choice cloth-rack sheet mold, it can be add melt counting pump according to the different of materials to guarantee even thickness of sheet and the stability of sheet extruding.
     Three roller calendaring machine: Adopts inclined(45°)three-roller calendaring machine, equipped with roller temperature controlling device, the space of three roller can be adjusted manually and automatically, it has the function of emergency cut off ensure safety.
     Cooling bracket  Equipped with corresponding guide roller, the cooling effect is better. In addition, the edge-shearing and parting off device equipped can guarantee fixed width of plates and quality of edge.
     Haul off machine  Hauling with butyronitrile rubber roller and steel roller protect the sheet hauling stable.
     Cutting machine Suit to fixed length cutting, adopt shaft programming device for counting, cutting error is less than 2 mm, cutting synchronize with sheet producing guarantee the quality of cutting profile and the cutting action is steady for a long time.
     Winder The adopts double winder and driving torque motor, which realize synchronizing extruding and winding speed. According to customer's requirement can be equipped with friction coiling machine.

1, WARRANTY TERMS: 

1.1 WARRANTY PERIOD: 12 MONTHS, STARTING FROM THE FIRST DAY OF RUNNING MACHINES IN CUSTOMER’S WAREHOUSE

1.2 SELLER SHALL GRANT: SERVICES AND SPARE PARTS, FREE-OF-CHARGE SERVICE THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE EQUIPMENT WARRANTY PERIOD.

1.3 LIFELONG SERVICE: THE SELLER SHOULD PROVIDE LIFELONG SERVICE FOR THE SOLD GOODS, THE BUYER PAY FOR NEEDED SPARE PARTS AFTER THE 12MONTHS WARRANTY TERMS.

2, DELIVERY CONDITIONS:

2.1 DELIVERY CONDITION: FOB QINGDAO PORT.

2.2 DELIVERY TERM: WITHIN 60 WORKING DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF  ADVANCED PAYMENT, THE SELLER SHOULD INFORM THE BUYER TO DO INSPECTION. THE SELLER SHOULD FINISH PACKING OF GOODS AND READY FOR SHIPMENT WITHIN 15 WORKING DAYS AFTER THE SELLER RECEIPT THE FULL PAYMENT.

2.3 SUPERVISION OF LOADING：THE SELLER SHOULD INFORM THE BUYER EXACTLING LOADING TIME, THE BUYER CAN ARRANGE FOR SUPERVISION OF LOADING.

3, INSPECTION: 

WHEN THE MACHINE FINISHED, THE SELLER SHOULD INFORM THE BUYER TO DO INSPECTION BEFORE SHIPMENT, THE SELLER GUARANTY GOOD PERFORMANCE OF ALL THE SOLD GOODS.THE SELLER UNDERTAKE THE MATERIAL COST  FOR THE MACHINE INSPECTION IN SELLER’S FACTORY. THE BUYER SHOULD COME TO SELLER’S FACTORY TO DO THE INSPECTION WORK, OR THE BUYER COULD ENTRUST ANY THIRD PARTT TO COME TO SELLER’S FACTORY TO DO THE INSPECTION WORK.

4, INSTALLATION AND EQUIPMENT COMMISSIONING: 

IF THE BUYER REQUIRES, THE SELLER SHOULD SEND TECHNICIAN TEAM TO BUYER’S FACTORY FOR INSTALLATION AND TESTING THE WHOLE LINE.
